1. Frying temperature
- Like traditional fryers, air fryers are also carried out at high temperatures, typically 180℃~200℃. - The vacuum fryer has a processing temperature of 80 ° C~120 ° C. The color and texture of the food will not change at low temperatures, and there will be no burning or browning.
